I apologize for the blogging slowdown in July. This past month Randy Barnett and I finalized the revised chapters for the Third Edition of our constitutional law casebook. In order for the textbook to be ready by the Spring 2018 semester, we had to meet a demanding schedule: edit and update about 1,600 pages from the conclusion of the OT 2016 term till July 31. Moments ago, we submitted the final chapters.

And we have much more in store, including a very cool new video project. Stay tuned.
