Cato Podcast: “Repair (or End) Judicial Nomination Hearings”

March 18th, 2016

I was a guest on the Cato Podcast, and previewed an article I am working on, arguing that in their current form, judicial confirmations are worthless, and should be jettisoned. Enjoy.
