The Federalist Society was kind enough to invite me to discuss the President’s executive action on gun control in a YouTube video, which we recorded last week at the Faculty Conference in New York. I make several of the points I raise in my National Review piece–namely that states very well may start adding names to the federal national instant background check database improperly, and there is not sufficient due process prior to the deprivation of constitutional rights.
