The Hill reports on Secretary Slyvia Burwell’s colloquy with Rep. Paul Ryan. Ryan asked several times whether the President would veto anything other than a 1 page bill to restore the subsidies in full. Burwell refused to answer the question, and kept touting the benefits of the law.
