On Thursday at 12:00 p.m., I will be speaking at the U.C. Davis Federalist Society Chapter on the constitutionality of the President’s Executive Powers. My good friend Jack Chin will be providing comments. On Friday, I will be addressing the Sacramento Federalist Society chapter for a lunchtime talk at the same time.
