• 9/17 at 12:00 p.m. – “Separation of Powers: War Powers, Immigration, and the Boehner Lawsuit,” American University Federalist Society Chapter, with Prof. Steve Vladeck. In light of recent events I suspect we will focus mostly on war powers.
• 9/18 at 1:00 p.m. “Hobby Lobby and Religious Liberty,” University of Maryland Federalist Society Chapter.
