Scalia Opinion Fixed: Jane and Jill Went Down The Memory Hole

June 24th, 2014

Yesterday, I noted that in Justice Scalia’s opinion in Loughrin v. United States, the Justice had too much fun with Jill and Jane, and inadvertently mixed up their names in the same paragraph.

One day later, courtesy of SCOTUS_Servo, I see that the error has been corrected.

Jane and Jill went up the hill to prove a logical point. Jane fell down, and lost her crown, and Jill came tumbling after her–into the internet memory hole.
