He co-founded the Harlan Institute, which aims to create online law courses for high school students, and runsFantasySCOTUS for predicting decisions. Many posts align with the content of his new book, Unprecedented: The Constitutional Challenge to Obamacare, or cover Texas, where he teaches at South Texas College of Law.
