Somehow I missed this from Jeff Rosen’s interview with Justice Ginsburg at the National Constitution Center. Thanks to Ariane de Vogue for highlighting it:

She said that while she was writing an opinion on one section of the health care case, she held a strategy session with three of her liberal colleagues, “so I could make sure I was speaking for the four of us, and not just myself.”

A strategy session! I wonder what else was discussed? Perhaps persuading the Chief? Does anyone know if this had been reported elsewhere?
