Or, I found that it can also spell out 1-800-3(E) 8(T) (2)A 9(X) Y 6(O), or 1-800ETAXYO. After all, the mandate is a tax collected electronically.

I think this an ObamaCare Rorschach test. It’s Unprecedented.
