Alas it is in the Fair Labor Standards Act case of Genesis HealthCare Corp. v. Symczyk. Last term Thomas authored zero 5-4 opinions. I was recently chatting with a friend who clerked on the Court, and he told me that if you want to actually learn something about real law, Thomas may be the best Justice to clerk for. He is always stuck writing the non-shiny ERISA or FAA cases, but those are quite useful.
