One will be smiling. The other not so much. Hopefully, the election won’t take away from the significant arguments in Already, LLC v. Nike, Inc. For sure, Justice Scalia will be asking, is it 2016 already? And Justice Ginsburg will be proclaiming Nike (the Greek goddess for “victory.”). Tom Goldstein will be arguing for Nike, so I’m sure we’ll have something to watch for. In other news, the last chapter of my book is now set.
