This advertisement, posted on Yes on 34’s Facebook page suggests Justice O’Connor is behind this Proposition.

Though the quoted is attributed to a comment O’Connor made in 2001, totally unrelated to Prop 34. I could not find any statement the Justice made that would suggest she supports this proposition.

In the past, Justice O’Connor’s voice has been used improperly no robocalls in Arizona supporting a judicial ethics proposition. I wonder what her reaction will be to this advertisement?
