I probably fall into this group. Though if this study is accurate, Eric Schmidt’s admonition to graduating seniors to “”Take one hour a day and turn that thing off” is illusory. They (we) can’t do it!

Though, I think Google telling people to turn off a device is a bit like Phillip Morris telling people to stop smoking, or Budweiser telling people to drink less. Not buying it.
