On December 31, 2009, in a series of predictions about the year 2010, I wrote:

Constitutional challenges to the Individual Health Care Mandate fail, and SCOTUS denies Cert (this may take longer than 1 year, but the Justices are not touching this with a 10 foot pole).

Fail. Not only are they touching it, but they are giving it 5.5 hours of oral arguments! This is why I stopped making predictions.
