Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg was spotted at the Signature Theatre Company in Arlington on Sunday afternoon. A Yeas & Nays spy tells us she was there to see “The Boy Detective Fails” and was alone except for several security guards. She was wearing a simple pink top and pants, but the theater was so cold that during intermission she went to her car with her armed security detail and returned with a white shawl.
