Apparently Alex Trebek, long-time host of Jeopardy, chased down burglars at the San Francisco Marriott Marquis.

Early Wednesday morning at the San Francisco Marriott Marquis, the Jeopardy host chased down a burglar on foot and assisted in her arrest, injuring himself in the process, according to the Bay Citizen.

Trebek was visiting San Francisco to host the National Geographic World Championship at Google headquarters when the robbery occurred, which we imagine boosted the competition’s ratings by about 6,000 percent.
