Non-Lawyer Openly and Notoriously Squats in Abandoned Foreclosed $330,000 House, Tries to Acquire It Through Adverse Possession

July 21st, 2011

Kenneth Robinson is currently squatting in a house in foreclosure that the owner had abandoned with hopes of acquiring it through adverse possession. After filling out $16 “Affidavit of Adverse Possession,” he openly and notoriously seeks to acquire the house through adverse possession. He even put up no trespassing signs. Pretty open and notorious to me! The full story is at the Daily Mail. Pretty cool. It’s not clear if any court has adjudged him the owner of the house, so this could get interesting.
