JoshVlogs: Whipping out the Cato Constitution on Public Television to talk about the First Amendment

April 20th, 2011

Yesterday I appeared on To the Best of My Knowledge on WPSU (Pennsylvania Public Television) to talk about Information Privacy Law. Graham Spanier, the host, and President of the Pennsylvania State University asked a question about celebrity impostors on Twitter, and whether any laws could be passed to eliminate these pretenders.

To answer his question, I whipped out my Cato Constitution (on Public Television!), cited the First Amendment, and used the word “freedom” about 7 times. (I think we have a new drinking game!). Additionally, I mentioned Charlie Sheen. Duh, #winning.
