“While the historical debate over the Second Amendment is likely to rage for some time, the future of this jurisprudential skirmish will be waged on a battlefield with two fronts—liberty and social costs.”

A bit of prose from the Constitutionality of Social Cost:

While the historical debate over the Second Amendment is likely to rage for some time, the future of this jurisprudential skirmish will be waged on a battlefield with two fronts—liberty and social costs. The frontier will ebb and flow between the two opposing sides. This article does not purport to set the boundaries. Rather, I aim to propose rules of engagement, and ensure a fair fight.

I just hope Congress does not ban my use of such violent and evocative imagery.

The article is near completion. I have some exciting news to announce about it, shortly.
