On October 12, Ilya Shapiro is speaking at Lewis & Clark Law School in Portland, Oregon on the constitutionality of the individual mandate.

The Lewis & Clark Federalist Society calendar reflects they are speaking on different days.

If they switched places–think Lindsay Lohan in the Parent Trap–I doubt anyone would notice. Both of them have written on Kelo. Both of them have written on the mandate. I wonder if in fact I have been duped, and they are in fact the same person….
