FantasyCast- Podcast Highlights of Oral Arguments in Snyder v. Phelps

October 9th, 2010

At the FantasySCOTUS Blog, I recorded a podcast highlighting the key exchanges and questions during oral arguments of Snyder v.Phelps, and providing commentary and insight as to how this case may be decided. Think of it as Mystery Science Theater 3000 for SCOTUS arguments. I discuss the “Get in your grill theory of privacy,” the “Quaker grandmother theory of fighting words,” and highlight how Justice Breyer attempts to “balance active liberty and make our democracy work.”  This was fun. Please take a listen.
