Snooki, the doyenne of the Jersey Shore, was recently arrested for disorderly conduct and creating a public nuisance. Beachgoers at Seaside Heights complained she was bothering them and the 5-0 locked up Snooki with some silver bracelets. Additionally, the Prosecutor slapped Snickers with a charge of being annoying! The chutzpah! From AP:

Prosecutors said at a hearing Wednesday that they will add the charge of annoying people on a beach to the two others the MTV reality show cast member faces after her arrest last month on the beach in Seaside Heights, where the show is based.
The newest charge was presented to an attorney for Polizzi just before he entered a plea of not guilty on her behalf to disorderly conduct and creating a public nuisance. He also entered a not guilty plea to the annoyance count.

Seriously Jersey, you need to do better than charging Snooki with being annoying. If being annoying is a crime, then every member of the cast at the Jersey Shore is career offender.
