I am loathe to do this, but I feel that in my haste to cover McDonald on Monday, I will not have adequate time to address Ken Klukowski’s analysis of the case. While reading anything he writes about McDonald, please keep in mind his previous work, and my critiques (see here, here, and here), Ken will likely be blogging at Townhall, where he is a semi-regular contributor. My esteemed Pandora co-author Ilya Shapiro, will be also be blogging at Town Hall, so he should be able to correct any errors.
