I haven’t had time to read the opinion from the Washington Supreme Court, but they violated one of my huge pet peeves. They referred to the “privileges and immunities” of the 14th amendment. Wrong! It is the “privileges or immunities” clause of the 14th amendment. Sigh. More commentary to follow. And no, Pandora was not cited.
