On November 3, Josh Douglas and I talked about the election and the Supreme Court at the University of Kentucky Federalist Society Chapter. On the one hand, I am glad this is the last time I will be able to give this talk. On the other hand, I dread what I’ll have to talk about after Tuesday.
On November 2, the Federalist Society Chapter at the University of Missouri invited me to talk about the 1st Amendment, 2nd Amendment, and 3D-Printed Guns. Professor Dennis Crouch (of Patently-O fame) provided insightful commentary.
On Thursday, October 27, the Montgomery, Alabama Federalist Society Chapter hosted me for a discussion on Unraveled. It was during this trip that I visited Chief Justice Moore’s latest judicial hearing.
