On Friday, I was honored to appear at the Cato Institute for a preview of Zubik v. Burwell, alongside Lori Windham of the Becket Fund for Religious Liberty, Elizabeth Wydra of the Constitutional Accountability Center (or Madame President as I refer to her now), and my brother-in-arms, Ilya Shapiro.
I was a bit under the weather this week–the combination of bad D.C. allergies and a cold–so I read from my notes far more than I usually do. Ilya asked me if he wanted me to tag him in to finish up, but I persevered. My segment starts around 13:30.
