In today’s order list, among 7 grants of certiorari (nothing on U.S. v. Texas), the Justices granted Petitioners’ request for divided argument time and enlargement of time. Paul Clement and Noel Francisco will both be able to present arguments in the contraceptive mandate litigation.

Also, in what looks to be another SCOTUS repeater (to use Richard Re’s formulation), the Court granted cert in KIRTSAENG, SUPAP V. JOHN WILEY & SONS, INC., which was before the Court in 2012.
