On Tuesday, December 1, the Supreme Court decided its first case of the year, OBB Personenverkehr AG v. Sachs. The outcome was a unanimous reversal. The FantasySCOTUS crowd predicted a 9-0 reversal, and the {Marshall}+ Algorithm predicted a 7-2 reversal. As a note, the two affirm votes were quite weak, with Justices Ginsburg and Sotomayor were at 53% and 50% respectively.
