On November 5, the University of Chicago Federalist Society, Immigration Law Society, and LLSA hosted me for a debate with Adam Chilton on the constitutionality of DAPA. Adam, a top-ranked debater at Yale, was a formidable adversary, and offered a strong defense of the constitutionality of DAPA. I’ll let you judge for yourself. Note that for the first three minutes or so, everyone in the room was eating some sort of pot-pie in a crinkly piece of paper. Then I told them all to take the food out of the wrapper, and the silence arrived.
