When the Supreme Court decides a case with many named plaintiffs, only one gets the glory. For the tax credit case, Jacqueline Halbig of Alexandira, VA has just been supplanted by David King of Fredericksburg, VA.

So, can we stop calling it Halbig now? King is an easier name anyway.
