It looks like Justice Alito unrecused in Limelight Networks, Inc. v. Akamai Technologies, Inc.. He previously recused when cert was granted, and did not participate in oral arguments. (Update: He did ask a few questions during oral arguments. So he unrecused at some point after cert was granted.).

Yet, he managed to write a unanimous majority opinion.
