At the 2010 State of the Union, President Obama said:

Last week the Supreme Court reversed a century of law that I believe will open the floodgates for special interests –- including foreign corporations –- to spend without limit in our elections.

Justice Alito, shook his head, and said, Not True!

I forgot to blog this earlier, but Justice Alito was right. Bluman v. FEC unanimously held that foreign individuals, let alone foreign corporations, cannot contribute to campaigns.
