While Doc Brown never set the Time Circuits in the DeLorean to July 6, 2010, on August 1, 2010 Lisa Simpson was scheduled to be married to Hugh Parkfield–or at least so says Episode 19 of the Simpsons 6th Season, “Lisa’s Wedding.” The future sure isn’t all that it was cracked up to be.
