The Harlan Institute has the talent, experience, and capabilities to accomplish our goals, but lacks the necessary funds. To help make this program a reality; to help teach constitutional principles to the next generation of Americans, we need your support.  That is why we are asking that you contribute to our efforts.

The Harlan Institute is a Washington, D.C. based non-profit, and is in the process of obtaining 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status. While we make no assurances, generally donations are retroactively tax exempt upon receipt of 501(c)(3) status.
