Has anyone else noticed that both yesterday and today, the SCOTUSBlog liveblog to announce new opinions was not reliable. Yesterday, the liveblog did not come online until 10:07 a.m., nearly 7 minutes after the start of the session. This morning, the entire SCOTUSBlog site was down until about 10:10! The @SCOTUSBlog twitter feed was working, but the site wasn’t. For SCOTUS addicts who refresh the Supreme Court slip opinion page with religious fervor, this is very annoying.

Yet another reason why I think SCOTUS should get its own twitter feed.
