In Swarthout v. Cooke, a per curiuam reversal, Justice Ginsburg concurred. In Thompson v. North American Stainless steel, a unanimous reversal, Justice Ginsburg also concurred. In Premo v. Moore, a unanimous reversal, Justice Ginsburg concurred in judgment only. In Harrington v. Richter, a unanimous reversal, Justice Ginsburg concurred in judgment only. All of these unanimous opinions, and Justice Ginsburg felt obligated to put in her two cents. No sign that RBG is slowing down.
