You know, I was wondering why Tom Goldstein was firing machine guns on instagram with playboy Dan Bilzerian (NSFW). I figured it involved something Poker-Legal related. Now, I know. Though the video, and Tom’s instagram now seems to have been taken down.

Via TotalFratMove, is a letter Goldstein wrote on behalf of Bilzerian to the lawyer of Porn Star Jance Griffith. Bilzerian, based on some sort of arrangement with Hustler Magazine, was to throw Griffith off a roof, into a pool. She didn’t quite make it into the pool, and broke her foot on the edge of the pool.

Apparently, Griffith lawyered up, and demanded money from Bilzerian. So, Bilzerian retained Tom Goldstein to fight back. Read this letter. Tom is totally channeling his inner frat boy.
