Here is the video of my discussion at Yale Law School with Jack Balkin about Unprecedented on September 23. We went  into some depth on the role that popular constitutionalism played in this challenge, and how conservatives veered into this approach in their attack on the law. We had about 100 people. It was a lot of fun.
