The fallaciousness. From the Guardian:

Japan’s devastating earthquake and tsunami will depress growth briefly before reconstruction kicks off and gives the beleaguered economy a boost, the World Bank said in a report on Monday.

Maybe someone should break some windows at the World Bank. Imagine how all the reconstruction will boost their budgets! (If anyone thinks what I just wrote was serious, please read Bastiat’s Parable of the Broken Window now.)
