In Bullcoming v. New Mexico, we see a reunion of part of what I have dubbed the new “Law & Order” Bloc. In the majority were Justices Ginsburg, Scalia, Thomas, Sotomayor, and Kagan. Part of the “law and order” stayed true- Chief Justice Roberts, and Justices Alito, Kennedy, and Breyer. I’ll have more about this case, and others later, I need to run.
