Mike Sacks, aka First One @ One First, has a fantastic piece in the ABA Journal about his experiences waiting outside the Court this year. I have gotten to know Mike quite well, and gave Mike his first podcast soon after he launched his blog.

I waited outside SCOTUS with Mike for McDonald v. Chicago on a freezing evening in March. It was an unbelievable experience I will never forget. Mike has a very promising future ahead of him as a legal journalist. Keep your eye on him.
