On Thursday at 12:00 p.m., I will be talking about the separation of powers and gridlock at the Georgia State University Federalist Society chapter with my good friend (and sparring partner) Eric Segall. Later that day at 2:30 p.m., I will be speaking to the University of Georgia Federalist Society on the same topic.
